Round Shape Cooling Towers, also known as bottle-type induced draft cooling towers, are designed for efficient cooling of industrial recirculated water. These systems operate on the principle of evaporative cooling, where hot water is distributed over high-performance fill media and cooled through air interaction.
In this system, hot water is pumped to a rotating sprinkler placed above the fill media, ensuring uniform water distribution. As air is drawn through the tower using an induced draft fan, heat is removed through evaporation, and the cooled water is collected at the bottom for reuse.
The circular design allows 360° air intake, resulting in improved airflow, better heat transfer efficiency, and consistent cooling performance. These towers are compact, energy-efficient, and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
